Merchandise Shipping Charges
Shipping to the United States within the 48 contiguous States: Shipping and handling charges vary by each auction. There is a shipping calculator at the bottom right hand side of each auction. Enter your zip code into the shipping calculator, as this will provide you with the shipping charges for that particular item. If you do not agree with these charges we kindly ask that you please do not bid. Please, refer to individual listings to find applicable shipping and handling charges. We ship via UPS and which cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO (see below for shipping cost). Provide us with your physical UPS address. All shipping charges are non negotiable. We wish to maintain the high level of customer service our customers have come to expect. Please, do not email us asking to use a lesser method of shipment.
Shipping to APO/FPO address, Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories: EBay's shipping calculator cannot process, APO/FPO address, Alaska, Hawaii and several other shipping addresses. We will gladly ship to these addresses. Exact shipping costs will charged to these address and added to your final invoice. Your auction will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. To maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction, we ship orders within the United States only. Unfortunately, bids from other countries will not be accepted.
Combined Shipping: We do not combine shipping on any auctions; with the exception of books, all items you purchased will be shipped separately. Items will be shipped to Confirmed addresses only. Each auction has already been boxed and is ready for immediate shipment. Please, do not email us asking us to combine shipping charges. Our policies are stated above. All items will be shipped via UPS or USPS to winning bidders; items are not available for local pickup.
Sales Tax
Factory Direct Craft Supply will apply sales tax during checkout for all sales shipped within the state of Ohio. Sales Tax is additional and is added to your order total during checkout. Ohio state and local taxes will be applied to the final purchase price based on the Ohio delivery address. Note that taxes are based on order total, including shipping charges. DO NOT BID IF YOU OBJECT TO PAYING SALES TAX. If you have an Ohio vendors license you may fax with a copy of your license 937-743-5500. (please, include your EBay auction number(s) with your fax)
