items are sent via ROYAL MAIL unless otherwise stated. We send
everything 1st class postage including ALL overseas items which are
sent via Royal Mail Airmail.

Should you have a
problem with an item not arriving within the stated times please
contact us, but remember we cannot contact royal mail until after
these deadlines have passed.
We always get proof of
postage.
All Bids (or buy-it-now)
actions are final and legally binding.
Please note that NO item
will be sent out for delivery until Payment has reached us and
cleared. When paying by it is the buyers responsibilty to
make sure payment has gone through.
All cheques must clear
through our bank BEFORE items are sent.
We DO NOT accept any other
payment methods other than those already stated.
Should you not be 100%
satisfied with your item on arrival please simple return it for a
FULL refund (this does not apply to personalised items). Return
postage costs are down to the buyer.
